After confirming your participation, we will send you the official application form.
Please complete the form carefully and return it to us together with the program deposit （$280)
This deposit will secure your place in the program.
3️⃣ Request Form for Host Selection
Once we receive and review your application, we will send you a host family request form.
Please fill in your preferences, such as location, lifestyle, or special requests, and send it back to us.
We will use this information to find the most suitable host family for you.4️⃣ Final Payment & Confirmation
After your host family has been selected, please complete the remaining payment.
Once your payment is confirmed, we will send you detailed information about your host family and final travel arrangements.
5️⃣ Confirm & Prepare
We will provide a pre-departure guide with practical advice and cultural tips to help you prepare for your stay.
Our support team will be available to answer any questions before you travel to Japan.
